The breakfast was exceptionally nice with good choice of products. The rooms were functional and perfect with a nice view, brand new bathroom and balcony, just what was needed...

I enjoyed borrowing their bicycles and exploring the city. The concierge was really helpful, always willing to assist with any request. The coffee shop served delicious snacks. Great experience!

Oh, and I absolutely loved the ATM machine in my room! Nothing like having easy access to cash while enjoying my stay.

It was a straightforward hotel, nothing too much trouble, recommend. Everything was nice, fantastic location near to the Old Town und close to nightlife happenings, good experience. Milk and cereals served for breakfast were tasty. I stayed for 1 night and appreciated the room, which was functional and reasonably large with nice bathroom. The staff were knowledgeable and excellent co-operating too.

The rooms at Mr Sun Hotel - Travel in Hanoi are absolutely amazing! They are beautifully furnished and have all the comforts you could ever need, like air conditioning and free WiFi. The beds are so cozy and the private bathrooms are clean and well-equipped with complimentary toiletries. I really felt at home here!

Personally, I found the shower in the private bathroom a bit small. But hey, that's just my opinion, others might still enjoy it.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the property offers various recreational opportunities, allowing me to unwind after a long day of work. The fitness center was well-equipped, and I enjoyed a refreshing swim in the outdoor pool. , the amenities provided at Mr Sun Hotel - Travel were outstanding. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with modern decor and all the necessary facilities to ensure a pleasant stay. The hotel staff were attentive and always ready to cater to my needs, ensuring a hassle-free experience throughout my stay.

Breakfast is a little poor and very Asian.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. its central location near Hoan Kiem Lake made it a perfect base for exploring the vibrant city center and the charming old quarter. Secondly, the attention to detail and the brand new bathrooms in the rooms added a touch of luxury to our stay. Lastly, the staff members were extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent service and making us feel right at home.

The hotel is situated in a prime location, near Hoan Kiem Lake, in the heart of the Old Town and the centre of the city. You can easily walk to the nearest restaurant just behind the wall. The service is friendly, with regular cleaning of the room and opportunity to book tours to Halong Bay. the breakfast is fine served in the restaurant.

The room was too wet and dull, due to a lack of windows and no heater during the winter season.

Excellent location, very clean room, and helpful staff. I was pleasantly surprised by the upgrade to a family room with a balcony and a nice view. The shower was also good. I'll recommend this hotel.

The location is perfect for exploring the city! The hotel is equipped with new and clean facilities, and the beds are super comfortable. The breakfast is delicious and served in a nearby restaurant which is very convenient. The staff members are warm and professional, always eager to help and go the extra mile. They even arranged our tours for us!

The rooms could use more amenities and some of the standard rooms don't have a window, which wasn't too relaxing. It was also chilly during our stay, but the hotel lacked heating.
